Terms of Service

AMZSeller provides a cloud-based analytics and reporting platform designed for Amazon marketplace sellers. The service may include:

• Real-time Profit & Loss dashboards powered by Amazon SP-API data synchronization.
• Advertising performance analytics, keyword tooling, and guidance features.
• Inventory forecasting, market tracking, competitor monitoring, and listing optimization tools.
• AI-assisted automation features including review workflows and smart messaging.

AMZSeller is intended for legitimate Amazon sellers and authorized users operating valid seller accounts. Access is provided on a subscription basis under the selected pricing plan.

Some tools are also offered free of charge with usage limits, and some services are sold as one-time purchases outside any subscription. Those arrangements are described in the Free Tools and One-Time Purchases section below.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use AMZSeller. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of your account and any connected Amazon credentials.

• Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share access with unauthorized parties.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions by authorized users you grant access to.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access, suspected breach, or security vulnerability at support@amzseller.com.
• You represent and warrant that any Amazon account connection you establish is yours or you are authorized to connect it and grant the required API permissions.

You may create your account with an email and password or with Google Sign-In. If you use Google Sign-In, you remain responsible for the security of your Google account, and your use of Google services is also governed by Google’s own terms. AMZSeller requests only the “openid” and “email” scopes; the data we receive and how we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy. Removing AMZSeller’s access from your Google account does not delete your AMZSeller account, and you can continue signing in with an email and password.

You agree to use AMZSeller only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, Amazon policies, and these Terms. Prohibited uses include:

• Violating Amazon’s Seller Policies, Selling Partner API policies, Amazon Ads API policies, or any applicable Amazon terms.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code, trade secrets, or underlying algorithms (except to the extent prohibited by law).
• Scraping, aggregating, or redistributing Amazon data in violation of Amazon data use requirements or these Terms.
• Automated access to AMZSeller outside officially supported integrations or approved interfaces.
• Interfering with or attempting to bypass security, rate limits, access controls, or tenant isolation boundaries.
• Any use that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair AMZSeller infrastructure or other users’ access.

Violation of these acceptable use provisions may result in suspension or termination, and we may cooperate with legal authorities where required.

If you connect Amazon services (including SP-API and/or Amazon Ads API), you authorize AMZSeller to access and process the data you permit through those APIs solely to provide the AMZSeller service.

• You remain responsible for complying with all Amazon requirements applicable to your use of Amazon services and APIs.
• AMZSeller does not control Amazon systems and is not responsible for Amazon-side outages, changes, delays, or data discrepancies.
• You agree not to use AMZSeller to access or process Amazon data beyond what you are authorized to access or share.

We apply security controls intended to protect your account and Amazon Information, but you also play a critical role in keeping your credentials safe.

• Do not share passwords, tokens, or API credentials outside your authorized team.
• Use strong passwords and enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) on your AMZSeller account where available.
• You may not attempt to store or transmit credentials insecurely through AMZSeller features (e.g., embedding secrets in free-text fields).
• You are responsible for maintaining secure devices and networks when accessing AMZSeller.

If you suspect compromise of credentials, you must promptly revoke access where possible and notify support.

Access to AMZSeller is provided on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method monthly or annually according to your selected plan. Subscriptions are billed in advance and in US dollars.

• New accounts may start a free trial without a payment method. The trial lasts 14 days unless stated otherwise at signup, no charge is taken when it ends, and one trial is available per account and per email address.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from Manage billing; there is no notice period, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
• Fees for partial billing periods are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy or where required by applicable law.
• Billing actions such as plan changes, cancellation, and refund requests are available to the account owner.
• If a payment fails, your account enters a grace period of 14 days in which you may update your payment method and settle the open invoice. If it remains unpaid, access to paid features is suspended.
• We may modify pricing or plan features with at least 30 days notice to the email on your account, unless a shorter period is required by law or necessary for security or compliance.

You may change your plan from within the service. When a change applies depends on its direction:

• Upgrades to a larger ready pack, switching from monthly to annual on the same pack, and any change involving a custom plan take effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the period, reduced by credit for unused time on the previous plan.
• Downgrades to a smaller ready pack and switching from annual to monthly on the same pack take effect at the end of the current paid period. No charge or credit is applied when you schedule them, and your existing plan and limits remain in force until the change applies.
• If an immediate change leaves a surplus in your favour, it is added to your account as credit toward future invoices rather than refunded to your payment method.
• Changing between monthly and annual billing starts a new billing cycle on the date the change applies. Usage recorded in the period you are leaving is carried across so allowances are not reset mid-cycle.
• If payment for an immediate change fails, the change does not apply and your existing plan remains in effect.

Custom plans assembled through Build your plan consist of the modules and quantities you select; modules you do not select are not included. All changes to a custom plan take effect immediately under the rules above, and the first connected Amazon seller account is included without a per-account charge.

When a change reduces your limits, we do not delete your work. Items above the new limit are paused and can resume if you raise the limit again. For seller accounts and team seats above the new limit, the account owner is given a 7-day period to choose what to keep before a default retention rule applies.

Plans assigned manually by us cannot be changed self-serve and must be adjusted by contacting support. Plan changes are not available through the Stripe billing portal, which is limited to invoices, payment methods, and cancellation.

Not everything on AMZSeller requires a subscription. Where we enable them, certain tools can be used free of charge, and certain services can be bought as one-time purchases.

Free tools:

• Availability is at our discretion. We may enable, limit, or withdraw free access to any tool at any time, without notice and without that being a breach of these Terms.
• Free use is metered per browser session, per network address, and platform-wide. When a limit is reached, the tool stops responding to further requests until the limit resets.
• Free results may be partial. Full output is delivered only with a subscription that includes the tool, or after a one-time unlock purchase.
• Signing in without an active plan does not raise these limits; a signed-in account without a subscription is metered the same way as an anonymous visitor.
• Requests are protected by an automated bot check, and circumventing the limits — for example by clearing identifiers or rotating addresses to obtain additional free use — is a prohibited use under the Acceptable Use section.
• Free tools are provided without any availability or accuracy commitment.

One-time tool unlocks:

• A single payment either unlocks the specific result you were viewing or grants a fixed number of full runs of that tool, as stated at checkout.
• Unlocks and run credits are tied to the browser session or account that bought them; they are not transferable and are not exchangeable for cash or account credit.
• We email an access link so you can return to a purchased result. The link is valid for 60 days from purchase. A checkout that is started but not paid expires after 24 hours.
• Because the unlocked content and credits are delivered immediately, these purchases are not refundable once delivered, except for duplicate charges, billing errors on our side, or where a refund is required by applicable law.

Premium listing packages:

• Premium listing work requires an AMZSeller account and is purchased by the account owner. An active subscription is not required.
• After payment you submit a brief. The deliverable is produced from the information and assets you provide, and you are responsible for having the rights to any material you upload.
• When work is delivered you may approve it or request a revision within the scope of the package purchased. If we receive no response within 3 days of delivery, the order is approved automatically so it can be closed.
• Download links are deliberately short-lived for security. You can request a fresh link at any time from the order page while your account is active.
• Because these are individually produced services, refund requests are reviewed case by case by support and may be granted in part. A full refund cancels the order.

Extra usage credits (top-ups):

• Top-ups require an active subscription and add extra usage to a tool without changing your plan.
• Your plan allowance for the period is always spent first; top-up credits are used only for what exceeds it.
• Top-up credits do not expire and are unaffected by plan changes, but they are subject to a maximum balance per tool and are forfeited if the account is deleted.
• Top-up purchases are not refundable and are outside the money-back guarantee.

Within 7 calendar days of your first subscription payment you may request a full refund, no questions asked. The guarantee may be used once per account, and your subscription is cancelled immediately when the refund is approved.

• After the 7-day window, subscription fees, including the remainder of a period you have already paid for, are non-refundable except for duplicate charges, billing errors on our side, or where a refund is required by applicable law.
• Renewal invoices, one-time tool unlocks, top-up purchases, and premium listing packages are outside the scope of the guarantee and follow the rules in the previous section.
• Credit created by a plan change is applied to future invoices and is not a cash refund.

AMZSeller depends on third-party providers to deliver the service: Amazon (Selling Partner API and Ads API) for marketplace data, Google for optional sign-in, Stripe for payment processing, and Cloudflare for bot protection.

• Outages, policy changes, rate limits, or access restrictions imposed by these providers are outside our control and are not a breach of these Terms.
• Your relationship with each provider is also governed by that provider’s own terms.
• We share only the data necessary for each provider to perform its function, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to any of them.

AMZSeller is an independent product operated by SKYZ Enterprise LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or Amazon.com, Inc. “Google”, “Amazon”, and other marks referenced here are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the services we integrate with.

AMZSeller and its software, design, and content are owned by SKYZ Enterprise LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use AMZSeller during an active subscription for your internal business purposes.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works of AMZSeller except as expressly permitted in writing.
• You retain ownership of your content and data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your data solely to provide, maintain, secure, and support the service, comply with legal obligations, and enforce these Terms.

AMZSeller is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

• We do not warrant that AMZSeller will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from vulnerabilities.
• Metrics and analytics are derived from Amazon-provided data and may be affected by Amazon-side delays, changes, or inaccuracies beyond our control.
• AMZSeller does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Any recommendations or insights are informational and you remain responsible for decisions and outcomes.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither AMZSeller nor SKYZ Enterprise LLC will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
• Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising under these Terms will not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. The following conditions apply:

• You may cancel at any time from Manage billing in your profile. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, and a scheduled cancellation can be reversed before it takes effect.
• If we approve a request under the 7-day money-back guarantee, the subscription is cancelled immediately rather than at the end of the period.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Amazon policies, or applicable law, including suspected abuse or security risk.
• Upon termination, your right to access AMZSeller ends and your data will be deleted within 30 days, subject to legal, security, and fraud-prevention retention needs.
• Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and any provisions intended to survive will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

• Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
• To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or AMZSeller will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In such cases, the above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide notice within the service or by email.
