Terms of Service

AMZSeller provides a cloud-based analytics and reporting platform designed for Amazon marketplace sellers. The service may include:

• Real-time Profit & Loss dashboards powered by Amazon SP-API data synchronization.
• Advertising performance analytics, keyword tooling, and guidance features.
• Inventory forecasting, market tracking, competitor monitoring, and listing optimization tools.
• AI-assisted automation features including review workflows and smart messaging.

AMZSeller is intended for legitimate Amazon sellers and authorized users operating valid seller accounts. Access is provided on a subscription basis under the selected pricing plan.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use AMZSeller. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of your account and any connected Amazon credentials.

• Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share access with unauthorized parties.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions by authorized users you grant access to.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access, suspected breach, or security vulnerability at support@amzseller.com.
• You represent and warrant that any Amazon account connection you establish is yours or you are authorized to connect it and grant the required API permissions.

You agree to use AMZSeller only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, Amazon policies, and these Terms. Prohibited uses include:

• Violating Amazon’s Seller Policies, Selling Partner API policies, Amazon Ads API policies, or any applicable Amazon terms.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code, trade secrets, or underlying algorithms (except to the extent prohibited by law).
• Scraping, aggregating, or redistributing Amazon data in violation of Amazon data use requirements or these Terms.
• Automated access to AMZSeller outside officially supported integrations or approved interfaces.
• Interfering with or attempting to bypass security, rate limits, access controls, or tenant isolation boundaries.
• Any use that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair AMZSeller infrastructure or other users’ access.

Violation of these acceptable use provisions may result in suspension or termination, and we may cooperate with legal authorities where required.

If you connect Amazon services (including SP-API and/or Amazon Ads API), you authorize AMZSeller to access and process the data you permit through those APIs solely to provide the AMZSeller service.

• You remain responsible for complying with all Amazon requirements applicable to your use of Amazon services and APIs.
• AMZSeller does not control Amazon systems and is not responsible for Amazon-side outages, changes, delays, or data discrepancies.
• You agree not to use AMZSeller to access or process Amazon data beyond what you are authorized to access or share.

We apply security controls intended to protect your account and Amazon Information, but you also play a critical role in keeping your credentials safe.

• Do not share passwords, tokens, or API credentials outside your authorized team.
• Use strong passwords and enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) on your AMZSeller account where available.
• You may not attempt to store or transmit credentials insecurely through AMZSeller features (e.g., embedding secrets in free-text fields).
• You are responsible for maintaining secure devices and networks when accessing AMZSeller.

If you suspect compromise of credentials, you must promptly revoke access where possible and notify support.

Access to AMZSeller is provided on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method monthly or annually according to your selected plan.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Fees are generally non-refundable for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.
• We may modify pricing or plan features with at least 30 days notice to the email on your account, unless a shorter period is required by law or necessary for security or compliance.
• Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in suspension or loss of access.

AMZSeller and its software, design, and content are owned by SKYZ Enterprise LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use AMZSeller during an active subscription for your internal business purposes.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works of AMZSeller except as expressly permitted in writing.
• You retain ownership of your content and data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your data solely to provide, maintain, secure, and support the service, comply with legal obligations, and enforce these Terms.

AMZSeller is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

• We do not warrant that AMZSeller will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from vulnerabilities.
• Metrics and analytics are derived from Amazon-provided data and may be affected by Amazon-side delays, changes, or inaccuracies beyond our control.
• AMZSeller does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Any recommendations or insights are informational and you remain responsible for decisions and outcomes.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither AMZSeller nor SKYZ Enterprise LLC will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
• Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising under these Terms will not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. The following conditions apply:

• You may cancel at any time through account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Amazon policies, or applicable law, including suspected abuse or security risk.
• Upon termination, your right to access AMZSeller ends and your data will be deleted within 30 days, subject to legal, security, and fraud-prevention retention needs.
• Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and any provisions intended to survive will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

• Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
• To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or AMZSeller will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In such cases, the above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide notice within the service or by email.
