Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum data necessary to deliver the AMZSeller platform. Depending on the features you enable, this may include:

• Account identifiers — Amazon Selling Partner / Ads identifiers such as marketplace IDs, seller/merchant IDs, and advertising profile IDs used to connect your accounts.
• Aggregated performance data — sales, orders, fees, refunds, and advertising metrics retrieved from Amazon APIs and presented as analytics inside AMZSeller.
• Basic account data — your email address and authentication details used for login, notifications, and support.
• Billing records — your plan, billing period, invoice and payment event history, refund records, and the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers we need to bill your account.
• Usage counters — counts of feature usage (for example reports generated or keywords tracked) used to apply the limits of your plan.
• Free tool metering — when the free tools are used without an account, a random session identifier stored in a cookie and a one-way hash of the network address, used only to apply free usage limits and to block abuse. We do not store the raw address.
• Operational logs — security and reliability logs (e.g., request metadata, error traces, audit events) used to protect the service and investigate issues.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers and other payment credentials are entered on Stripe’s systems and are never stored by AMZSeller. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as government IDs.

To enforce our one-trial-per-customer rule and prevent trial abuse, we retain a one-way hash of email addresses that have previously started a trial.

AMZSeller offers optional sign-in with Google. When you choose it, we request only the “openid” and “email” scopes.

• What we receive — your Google account identifier (the OpenID “sub” value) and your verified email address. We do not request or receive your name, profile picture, contacts, calendar, Gmail, Drive, or any other Google service data.
• How we use it — solely to authenticate you, create or match your AMZSeller account, and validate team invitations. Google user data is never used for advertising, cross-customer profiling, or training artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
• What we store — the Google account identifier and your email address, kept for as long as your account is active. We do not store Google access tokens or refresh tokens; the Google identity token is verified at sign-in and then discarded.
• Sharing — we do not sell Google user data and do not transfer it to third parties except where required by law.

AMZSeller’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke AMZSeller’s access at any time from your Google account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access does not delete your AMZSeller account; you can continue signing in with an email and password. To delete your account and associated data, use the account deletion option in the app or contact support — see the Data Retention and Deletion section below.

We use your information to:

• Provide live analytics, reporting, and dashboards within the platform.
• Display advertising spend, campaign performance, and keyword insights you request through connected Amazon Ads / SP-API services.
• Maintain platform security and reliability, including monitoring system availability, preventing fraud or abuse, and diagnosing technical issues.
• Respond to support requests, resolve account-related inquiries, and provide customer assistance.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your Amazon data for third-party advertising, cross-customer profiling, or purposes unrelated to delivering AMZSeller.

We apply industry-standard safeguards designed to protect Amazon Information and your account data:

• Encryption in transit — TLS is used to protect data moving between your browser, AMZSeller, and our infrastructure.
• Encryption at rest — sensitive data (including tokens/keys where applicable) is stored encrypted at rest using modern authenticated encryption.
• Access controls — least-privilege access and role-based controls (RBAC) are enforced; customer data is logically isolated per tenant.
• Credential safety — we avoid hard-coded secrets, public repositories exposure, and insecure credential sharing; secrets are stored in secure secret storage.
• Network protections — firewalling, anti-malware protections, and network segmentation are used to reduce attack surface.
• Auditability — security-relevant events (e.g., auth and access logs) are retained for investigation and abuse prevention.

We maintain an incident response process designed to identify, respond to, and remediate security incidents affecting Amazon Information.

• We investigate suspected security events promptly and take steps to contain and remediate impact.
• If a security incident involving Amazon Information is confirmed, we follow required notification procedures, including notifying Amazon within required timelines (typically within 24 hours of detection when applicable).
• We review and improve controls after incidents to reduce recurrence risk.

AMZSeller uses cookies for authentication, security, basic service functionality, and measuring the performance of our Google ads. We do not use analytics cookies, and we do not use cookies for remarketing or ad personalization.

• Essential cookies — used to keep you signed in and protect against fraudulent or unauthorized access.
• Functional cookies — used to remember your language preference and to continue a checkout you have started.
• Security & reliability signals — used to detect abuse, prevent attacks, and improve stability, including bot protection provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.
• Advertising measurement cookies — Google Ads cookies that tell us which of our ads led to a sign-up or purchase. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Turkey and Brazil are asked first and these cookies stay off until they accept; everyone else can turn them off at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page.

We do not use cookies to sell your data or to build advertising profiles. Our Cookie Policy lists each cookie, its purpose, and how long it lasts.

Your data is yours. We have a strict no-sell policy. We share data only in limited cases:

• Google LLC — authentication, if you choose to sign in with Google. Limited to the data described in the Google Sign-In section above.
• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing, subscription billing, and refunds. Stripe receives your email address and account identifiers, and collects payment credentials plus any billing name and address directly on its own checkout pages.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — bot protection on sign-up and sign-in forms.
• Google LLC (Google Ads) — advertising measurement. When you complete a purchase, Google receives the order type, the amount excluding tax, the currency, an order reference, and a one-way hash (SHA-256) of the email address you used at checkout, plus the ad click identifier where you have allowed advertising cookies. This is used only to attribute purchases to our ads, under Google’s privacy policy.
• Service providers — trusted vendors that help us run AMZSeller (e.g., hosting, databases, monitoring). They are bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.
• Legal requirements — if required to comply with law, court order, or valid legal process.
• With your direction — when you explicitly request an integration or action that requires sharing.

We do not allow sub-processors to access your raw Amazon data unless necessary to provide the service and covered by appropriate contractual protections.

We retain your data only as long as needed to provide AMZSeller and meet legal, security, or operational requirements.

• Account data is retained while your account is active.
• Upon account termination, we delete or de-identify your data within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary for security/fraud prevention.
• You may delete your account yourself from the app, or request deletion at any time by contacting support.
• Billing records, including invoices and refund history, are retained for the period required by tax and accounting law even after an account is deleted.

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as access, correction, deletion, or portability.

• Access — request a copy of the personal information associated with your AMZSeller account.
• Correction — request that we correct inaccurate information.
• Deletion — request deletion where applicable (subject to legal/security exceptions).
• Objection/Restriction — in certain jurisdictions, you may object to or restrict specific processing.

AMZSeller may process and store data in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

AMZSeller is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the service.
