Refund Policy

AMZSeller is provided as a subscription-based service. All plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated.

If a free trial is offered, users may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

However, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

• Duplicate charges
• Billing errors
• Technical issues preventing reasonable access to the service

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.
