The busywork

One button. Every order. Every marketplace. Every day.

The manual way
  • Orders → Manage Orders → Shipped, then open each order
  • Click Request a Review and confirm
  • Too early or too late? Amazon turns it down — on to the next
  • Refunded or returning buyer? Amazon still lets you ask — spotting them is on you
  • One order at a time, on every marketplace, every day
The AMZSeller way
Done. Automatically.

Each request goes out at the delay you set, refunded and returning buyers are skipped for you, and it runs every hour on every marketplace. You get the hours back.

What it does for you

Every step, handled. Without you.

01

Set it once. It runs for good.

One toggle and one delay. From then on, requests go out on their own.

  • Send 5–30 days after delivery (7 by default)
  • Runs every hour on every connected marketplace
  • One master switch to pause everything
02

It checks every order, so you don't have to.

Review Shield skips the buyers you'd never want to ask.

  • Refunded orders are skipped
  • Orders with a return request are skipped
  • Products with a high refund rate are paused (10% default, adjustable)
03

Timed to delivery. Automatically.

The clock starts when the buyer has the product — not when they clicked buy.

  • Send date follows Amazon's delivery estimate
  • Late package? The request waits
  • Orders without an estimate still get scheduled
04

Your rules, down to the SKU.

Broad defaults, precise exceptions. The most specific rule always wins.

  • Global, marketplace and product-level settings
  • Different delays per marketplace or per product
  • Turn any product or marketplace off in one click
05

Nothing slips through.

Every order is accounted for — sent, scheduled or skipped, and why.

  • Recent eligible orders are picked up when you connect
  • Order Activity shows status and skip reason for every order
  • Requests sent and time saved, tracked for you

FAQ

Straight answers.

Is this allowed by Amazon?

Yes. It uses Amazon's official Request-a-Review — the same button you'd click in Seller Central. No custom emails, no personal messages, no incentives, no follow-ups.

When is the request sent?

The number of days after delivery you choose, between 5 and 30 (7 by default). If a package is late, the send date moves with it.

Which orders are skipped?

Canceled orders, orders outside Amazon's 5–30 day window, and anything Review Shield catches: refunds, return requests and products with a high refund rate. You can also turn off any product or marketplace.

Can I customise the message?

No — and that's on purpose. Amazon sends its own neutral, Amazon-branded request. That is exactly what keeps it inside Amazon's rules.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Start a 14-day free trial, or subscribe right away — every plan comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee.
